- You are allowed to engage in a maximum of two activities per day. If you participate in multiple activities, we will consider the two activities with the longest distances for calculating your points.
- Each day, you have the freedom to choose your location, time, and activity (running, walking, or cycling). Our main focus is to encourage you to stay engaged and explore your abilities throughout the challenge.
- Upon reaching 150 points on any day in June, you will be eligible for a Bronze medal and an e-certificate. If you decide to continue the challenge and reach Silver points, you will be eligible for a Silver Medal. Similarly, achieving Gold points will qualify you for a Gold Medal.
- Walks or runs that are less than 1 km in distance and solo cycling activities of less than 5 km will not be considered towards your cumulative distance.

- Your Strava profile should be set to public for accurate tracking.
- Entries that contain suspicious GPS data (such as straight lines outside normal routes or unrealistic high speeds) or involve the use of vehicles will be rejected, and the submitted data will be deemed invalid. We reserve the right to disqualify participants if we believe they have received outside assistance or cheated in covering the distance using any means other than running or cycling.
- If there is a GPS glitch in your activity, please crop the activity to reflect the correct distance. Otherwise, the activity will not be included in the points system.
- Any participant found cheating will be disqualified from the remainder of the challenge. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.
